Weekly Meals

Doug is on a business trip for part of the week, so Will and I are relying on some quick and easy dinners while he is away. Depending on how crazy things get, we may just scrap the plan and eat cereal every night. This menu is also assuming that I didn't miserably fail my third glucose test this morning, in which case it's back to the drawing board...

• FRI turkey meatloaf, baked sweet potatoes, salad and green beans


• SAT take out?


• SUN chicken with lemons, feta & squash over orzo


• MON black bean, corn, cheese quesadillas, sour cream, avocado


• TUE carrot cake oatmeal


• WED spaghetti, white beans, sugar snap peas


• THR fire-roasted tomato soup, grilled cheese
