... strawberry-rhubarb pie from Trader Joe's.

I was running errands in the Kenwood area and had the unfortunate timing of coming upon an accident between a car and a baby deer. The scene had me crying, so I was waiting in my car in the parking lot of a store for my red, swelling eyes to subside, telling Doug the story on the phone. He suggested I get myself a treat to cheer up.

I think he had something from the mall in mind. I think I had a pie in mind. Hence the stop at Trader Joe's. It's delicious!
