Is My Blog Burning (IMBB)—recipies of the people, by the people and for the people—sponsors monthly cooking challenges, and I was particularly interested in the recent Cupcake category.Maki hosted the My Little Cupcake (or muffin) theme, and she even divide the entries into categories: Cupcakes, Sweet Muffins and Savory Muffins.
So many of the entries sound delicious (Banana Cupcake Surprise, Marzipan Topped Raspberry Filled Mocha Cupcakes...), but I especially can't wait to try making these matcha cupcakes with pistachio cream or these Neopolitan Buttermilk Cupcakes.
