Less than a year ago, I purchased a scale from Target. The battery recently died, so I made a trip back to Target for a replacement. I couldn't remember what size, so I conveniently grabbed the same scale from the shelf to take to the electronics section. Much to my surprise, the front of the package declares:"...digital LCD bathroom scale has a lifetime lithium battery..."Ummm, not so much. I point this out to the man helping me find the right battery and he just looks at me and rudely says, "Well, you must be using it too much."
I left the scale on his digital-camera-cluttered display case and walked out. It was my shortest and cheapest trip in Target history.
