Time saver that has probably been around forever that I just wasn't aware of: oven-ready lasagna noodles. Granted, boiling pasta is not that difficult, but for a girl sans dishwasher, one less large pot to clean is a huge bonus! Miscellaneous information: I have never seen a human eat as much lasagna in one sitting as Doug. When I poked my head from the kitchen into the living room, asking if I should just use an 8x8 pan for dinner instead of the 13x9, the look in his eyes could only be described as, "Are you insane?"
