In the hospital, we started off with a strict no bottle/no pacifier rule with Will. After 48 hours and some inconsolable crying, we were begging our nurse for any pacifier she could find. You may have noticed a green frog that hangs out on Will's chest in many of his photos. This godsend companion is a WubbaNub, a fantastic gift from our friends Matt and Katie. As a doctor, Matt noticed the babies in the hospital took well to these pacifiers that rest on the newborn's tummy, and they were kind enough to share the discovery with us.
