Queen City Cookies

Because we deal with a variety of vendors, my work department is a snacker's delight just before the holidays as they send goodies our way.

One photographer delivered packages from a client I believe they had recently shot — Queen City Cookies. They were the most ornate, beautiful springerle cookies I have ever seen. And, as is often not the case with something so pretty, they were also delicious.

And yet sadly not exactly gluten free. You'd think someone would come up with a solution for that.
