Weekly meals March 23, 2012 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps FRI dinner out SAT turkey burgers with cheese, tomato, pickles, avocado, sweet potato fries SUN coconut lime chicken and cauliflower with chiles*, rice, naan MON spaghetti and chicken meatballs, grilled zucchini TUE (work dinner) grilled cheese, fruit for the boys WED chicken sausage, asparagus, tomato, corn, rice skillet THR breakfast dinner * I like to use half the amount of chicken and make up the difference with lightly steamed cauliflower. It's also tasty with a handful of frozen peas stirred in at the end. Comments
