No Seafood, No Problem

I've often wondered how to convince my less culinary-adventurous friends to try sushi so they can realize what all the fuss is about. Maybe I should ease them in with offerings from Koo-Ki Sushi, which creates realistic sushi confections, "made with the finest chocolate, delectable flavorings and crisp rice cookies instead of raw fish, vinegar and rice." At least it could get them used to the shapes...
