After a looong vacation from work (and computers!), I'm back to the real world and finally breaking out some of the goodies received from generous friends and family over the holidays. Case and point: I prepared every course of last night's dinner on my new reversible non-stick stovetop grill and griddle pan. All the yumminess of grilled food (including the blackened lines) without the hassle of uncovering and firing up the outdoor grill.
