Best. Appetizer. Ever.

Doug and I celebrated our anniversary with a night out in Indianapolis, complete with a dinner at St. Elmo (and babysitting compliments of Grandma, Grandpa & Uncle Doug!).

If you're ever in the area, you have to sample the shrimp cocktail, the lone appetizer offered on the menu. Our waiter told us one man has been solely responsible for coming in and grinding the signature fresh horseradish for thirty-some years.
