I have a dilemma. Jonathan Safran Foer's most recent book, Eating Animals, is at the top of my To Read list. However, I have the feeling that once I dive into it, I will no longer be able to eat meat. Part of me wants to remain ignorant about the topic because I am afraid of the decisions I will be obligated to make once I have another point of reference. And, we all know that bacon is really delicious and that summer is prime cookout season. It's a quandary.
