We celebrated August's 1st birthday with cupcakes baked into ice cream cones, a presentation my mom has used over the years for my brother Doug (his favorite!).
To get the height I wanted with the buttercream, I sliced a large marshmallow in half, then placed it on top of the cake, piping around the edges. They were delicious!
