Doug treated me to a birthday dinner at
20 Brix, a wine bar in Milford. The Tanglewood Farms fried chicken with aged cheddar wild rice waffles, Ohio honey apple butter, braised local greens and rosemary chicken jus just might make this my new favorite restaurant.
