* This was the most delicious seafood we have had in recent memory. Doug's boss had large tuna steaks shipped back from a deep-sea fishing trip in Mexico and sent some along with us. Marinated with soy, ginger, garlic and lime, they were perfection. Even both boys gobbled it up!
