It's a light menu-planning week with Doug traveling for business. I have a feeling that just getting the boys home each night, fed, bathed and put to bed will be a minor miracle, nevermind trying to cook an 'adult meal' each night. I'm relying on make-aheads and freezer items... and possibly cereal when all else fails.* Now that the garden has kicked in, I have plenty of lettuce and swiss chard to use up!
